健康调理 | 为什么早餐对身体很重要?

我曾经很马马虎虎地吃过早餐,很可能只是一杯Milo配饼干,或3合1即溶麦片。可是延伸出来的健康问题可是很多哦。

这样随便的早餐,让我在两个钟头就饿了。大约10.30am左右就找零食吃,导致午餐时却又吃不下正餐。加上不足够的纤维摄取,导致便秘,甚至口臭问题等等。专注能力不集中,精神不济,连偏头疼都来了。

所以名句‘早餐要吃饱,午餐要吃好,晚餐要吃少’是有来由的。

早餐是一天的开始,就算我们吃得稍微丰富一点也不怕,因为代谢会消耗卡路里和油脂,所以偶尔吃的印度煎饼Roti Canai和辣死你吗Nasi Lemak,一定要选在早餐吃,加上另外点或自备的蔬菜水果,就不怕营养不均衡了~而且放心,你并不会发胖,因为该代谢的已经消耗完毕,除非你在晚餐又吃油腻食物或额外餐点当宵夜,那么我们就和健康及好身材说拜拜咯。

自从有小孩后,我对吃更为计较。早餐一定要吃得好,一天里如果不得不外食,一天至少有一餐是一定要吃到蔬菜水果的。外出时,我会自备水果如香蕉,草莓或切好的梨子,蔬菜则可以清蒸花椰菜,羊角豆或过水菠菜。

那么早餐我都吃什么呢?基本上我前7天分享的都是我日常早餐吃的食物,除了Day#1,个人很少选择吃香肠或火腿。

Day# 1
荷包蛋,番茄,香肠,香喷喷的香葱菇,加上一盒Pure Farm Full Cream Milk



Day# 2
汉堡包贝果 + Dutch Lady牛油果鲜奶 Bagel burger + Avocado



Day# 3
酱油风干面条+Homemade 中国水饺+枸杞菠菜+日本青瓜配搭自调芝麻优格乳酱料+Dutch Lady Pure Farm 全脂牛奶



Day# 4
鸡蛋煎粿条+番茄汉菜鸡肉块汤汁+ Dutch lady全脂鲜奶



Day# 5
油麦番茄猪肉碎通心面+Dutch Lady全脂鲜奶



Day# 6
小麦草坚果牛奶麦片:小麦草粉+腰果+杏仁+葡萄干+Chiaseed+麦片+Dutch Lady Pure Farm 低脂高钙牛奶
花生酱香蕉煎饼: 由面粉+鸡蛋+少糖煎成煎饼,涂上花生酱配搭香蕉片



Day# 7
砂拉越冬菇猪肉碎干捞面以及猪肠粉外加子母牌低脂高钙Pure Farm牛奶 (自备水果~梨子)



而牛奶是早餐必备的吗?我之前在博客分享过,个人会比较喜欢喝DIY自制豆奶 :) 尤其是黑豆奶,对补肾以及调和女性荷尔蒙有很大的帮助。

但是我不能否认牛奶有其独特魅力,尤其是它可以被用来制作酸奶,蛋糕甚至咖喱菜肴!中医甚至认为牛奶味甘,性微寒,具有潤肺胃、通便、補虛、解毒等功效。偶尔来杯牛奶也是不错的选择~

牛奶常被用来强调有补充钙质的功能,但其实除了牛奶,其他蔬菜,豆奶或豆腐也有很高的钙质,什么食物吃过量都会有反效果,最好的方法是饮食均衡,才能获得最完善的营养。

当然这里的什么都吃,绝对不包括零食,煎炸食物,汽水,速食品和甜点。这些人造食品最好能敬而远之,如果实在经不起诱惑,那么浅尝即可。

    1. you can search in facebook for #no5bakery. They don't have shoplot but only deliver the bagel.
